How long does it take to clean my carpets?

Depending on the size of the house it averages between 2 to 3 hours

How long does it take to dry?

Carpets normally take 3-4 hours to dry.  If the carpets are dirtier than normal, they may take more time to dry.  You can walk on them right after we finish cleaning, just be careful not to slip when going from damp carpet onto a hard surface. We recommend that you do not go in and out without removing your shoes. 

What furniture do you move?

We move medium sized furniture.  Sofas, Tables, Chairs,etc. We do not move beds, dressers, china cabinets, electronics, and the heavier furniture.  We ask that you move breakable items on top of tables if you would like to have them moved.

Is the price going to change when the technician arrives?

No, absolutely not. Allied carpet care does not use bait n switch tactics.  The price you are quoted is exactly what you pay.  It is that simple.

What kind of chemicals do you use?

All of the chemicals we use are safe and non-toxic.  They are also environmentally friendly and are OSHA and EPA compliant.
